Program Description

TOV Lending operates an internal SMS messaging program that sends operational updates, daily briefings, and on-demand business information to enrolled team members.

Eligibility

This program is available to employees and authorized team members of TOV Lending only. It is not available to the general public.

Enrollment

Team members enroll by providing verbal consent to receive SMS messages as part of their role at TOV Lending. Enrollment confirms agreement to these terms.

Message Frequency

Enrolled participants will receive approximately one message per day, with occasional additional messages in response to on-demand requests. Message frequency may vary.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. TOV Lending is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out

You may cancel your enrollment at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, contact your TOV Lending administrator.

Changes to These Terms
